Meet Bruce and Jamison! Next month marks 6 months of being matched in the Adventure Partners program. 🧭🏕️

Bruce enjoys hiking, biking, swimming and cross county skiing. Jamison stays active with soccer, baseball, hiking, biking, and fishing. Together, between their various hobbies, they've enjoyed hiking and biking and attending partnership activities such as cooking classes and nerf fights! 🏊🏻‍♀️⚾🎣⚽

Thank you to Cedaredge Golf Course for hosting the Partners Golf Tournament once again! This was our 29th year, and each year our gratitude grows for those who show up to support! ⛳

BIG shout-out goes to all of our hole and team sponsors, all our donors, and of course, to the players. We're so happy to have so many familiar faces back every year.

Wow! August was a GREAT month for Partners kids! Between Delta, Montrose, and Ouray we were able to give 7 kids a mentor! 🎉

Help us celebrate these new friendships and welcome our new mentors. Thank you for making the difference!

We still have over 30 kids on our waitlists. If you've thought about becoming a mentor, get in touch today so we can celebrate more matches at the end of September!

Meet Mark and River! They were matched for 7 years, 6 months, and 1 day. 🎉

We kept them as a match for as long as we could - and for good reason! They have one of the best partnership connections we’ve seen. Throughout their 7 year match, their lives had ups and downs, but their match was all positives! They will move forward as friends from here, and we hope that their friendship continues to grow.

We did an interview with Mark and River when we held their final end of year celebration, and asked them all kinds of questions: first impressions of each other, what they're grateful for in each other, and how they see each other now. We hope to share some of that interview with you soon, so you can see what a difference a mentor can make.

This weekend, we took partnerships and Nexus kids ice skating in Grand Junction! Thanks so much to River City Sportplex for hosting us. We were joined by Mesa County Partners and some of their youth.

It was great to see so many of the kids trying something new and testing their boundaries!

We all had so much fun, but especially our Executive Director! 🧊⛸️🧚🏻‍♀️

Back to school! As this educational year picks up, we'd like to offer some tips on how to help your kids during the coming school year. Supporting youth throughout the year, checking in, and being someone they can lean on all increase their chances of prioritizing their education!
