Most safety programs involve training manuals and scheduled meetings.

This one involves ice cream.

Scoops for Safety is back for Summer 2026. We'll be bringing Homemade Ice Cream to visit jobsites across Vermont to bring crews together for a quick break, ice cream, and a conversation about safety.

Turns out, people are a lot more willing to talk when there's ice cream involved.

Stay tuned for our ice cream tour schedule!

Scoops for Safety is coming back for Summer 2026.

AGC of Vermont has partnered with Island Homemade Ice Cream to bring delicious ice cream to construction jobsites across Vermont as a simple way to spark safety conversations. Crews were happy to pause, cool off, and talk about working smart and staying safe.

We’ll be hitting the road again this summer to visit member jobsites, share updated safety resources, and deliver Island Homemade Ice Cream along the way.
