I was told today that Madden has accepted the VTGOP nomination and will accept it this Saturday at the VTGOP meeting in Montpelier.
I know there are some who are none too pleased.
The division continues to grow.
None of this should have been allowed to happen.

Primary Day is behind us. Three of the highest elected offices for Vermont will have people who have betrayed Real Vermont Republicans by their votes, actions and words will be running as Republican.

Phil Scott will once again have an R behind his name on the Ballot in November. Despite the multitude of reasons he is not a Republican. 100% rating from planned parenthood, illegal mandates, calling 116,000 Vermonters that voted in the 2020 election for President Trump " White Supremacists and Racist, " interrogating school children to find out who visited Grandma at Thanksgiving and Christmas, taking five million dollars from programs that help and protect children at risk from domestic abuse and adults suffering from cancer and the effects of smoking, to give to illegal aliens who weren't eligible for Stimulus Checks. He supports Article 22 and will vote for it in November. He signed H57 which made abortion till the moment of Birth legal in VT. He signed S 221 and H 422, the illegal Gun Laws on the Statehouse steps on April 11th, 2018. He signed S 4, a Bill which was unnecessary because protections for Hospitals were already law. He blackmailed school districts with money for those that had high jab rates while withholding money from other school districts. He shut down small businesses while allowing major chains to remain open. He kept planned parenthood and VT Liquor stores open throughout the pandemic.
And most importantly, " You Aren't Essential. "
Along with so many other reasons.

Joe Benning will have an R behind his name on the Ballot in November. He argued against Tax Relief for Veterans and protections for Health Care Workers during the VTGOP Platform Committee meetings. He voted for Prop 5 twice as a State Senator. He admitted he will vote for Article 22 in November. ( at the Republican forum in Rockingham )
The day after Scott attacked Vermonters who voted for President Trump, Benning was on WCAX parroting the words. He also thinks Trump supporters are " White Supremacists and Racist.

Liam Madden won the Republican Congressional Primary against Ericka Redic and Anya Tynio. Despite stating clearly throughout this process " he was not a Republican. "
This should be embarrassing to every Real VT Republican.

A massive failure by Paul Dame VTGOP Chair and Tom Koch VTGOP Rules Committee Chair to allow Madden one second of time in any forum, debate or discussion with Ericka and Anya.
This is exactly what Dame and Koch want though, it is part of their " Big Tent " philosophy. If you claim to be a Republican it doesn't matter what you stand for. They have proven that the VTGOP Platform stands for nothing.
Twice I introduced Amendments that would give the VTGOP the method to remove all financial support and endorsements from those who violate the VTGOP Platform.
Twice it was voted down by two thirds of the voting members at State GOP meetings. Twice Dame and Koch cheered the defeat of my efforts.

Steven Bellows ran a Statewide campaign to run for Governor as a Pro Life, Constitutional Republican. Steve went to every corner of the State on his Dime and his time. He received over 5000 votes. What would have happened if he had support ? He was denied any support or endorsement from the VTGOP by Paul Dame. Dame held a debate by the Senate, Congressional and Lt Governor candidates. Steve asked for some time, Dame said No. He was not only denied the right to debate Scott, Steve was denied the opportunity to speak to Vermonters about his platform.

The language in the VTGOP Platform is clear ;
Section 4, line 5 - Respect for the inherent value of all human life regardless of age, gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, ability, socioeconomic status, or national origin. We value the sanctity of life from conception to natural death.
and in the Conclusion ;
Vermont Republicans believe in one nation under God, individual liberty, compassion for the needy, low taxes, a free market economy, and local control. The principles set forth in this platform reflect the beliefs and values that characterize the Vermont Republican Party. While individual Republicans may hold diverse opinions in some areas, such differences should not deflect from advancing the principles that unite us as a party.

Scott, Benning and Madden are not Republicans. Only Madden is honest about it. He should never have been allowed to run as a Republican.
Chairman Dame and Rules Committee Chair Koch don't stand by the VTGOP Platform. And that means they don't support Real Vermont Republicans.

Remember when you vote today, both Scott and Benning called 116,000 Vermonters " White Supremacists and Racist "
Remember the lockdowns and Scott interrogating the school children about Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Remember, " You Aren't Essential. "
Remember Benning voted for Prop 5 twice and both he and Scott said they will vote for Article 22 in November.
Remember Ms. Nolan supports abortion of more than 99% of the unborn and will work to codify Roe V Wade.
Remember she supports the Supreme Court Justice that was soft on Child P**n Crimes.
Remember Beck, Leffler, Martin, Sheuermann and Walker all voted for Prop 5.
They aren't all running again, but send a message, Real VT Republicans don't support the State's Right to steal our Children to sexually mo**st them.

Almost 9PM Monday the 8th.
We have done all we can to educate the voters in every corner of the State.
So many miles, hours and dollars out of our pockets.
The stress will eat you alive. The hours will exhaust you. The doubters never stop telling you why you will fail.
But everyone I worked with and support stood up every time.
I was out again today for hours fighting the good fight.
And so were the Real VT Republicans.
Now I have peace, I'm done for now.
Not completely though. Tomorrow Shirl and I will go vote. I will wear my Special Voting Shirt.
I will share a pic of it in the morning.
We have done all we can. Now it is up to you.
Gods will, Gods way.
I have been blessed

For anyone that has seen an add featuring Jim Douglas supporting Benning or Nolan remember this ;
Benning voted for Prop 5 twice and said he will vote for Article 22.
The destruction of the unborn up to the moment of Birth.
Ms. Nolan supports abortion thru the 2nd trimester. Which is over 99% of all abortions and said if elected she would work to codify Roe V Wade.
All three are transrepublicans that have betrayed the Republican Party Platform and every Pro Life Republican.
I am sick of people that say a 100% Pro Life candidate can't win in VT so they give up before the fight.
Quit making excuses and make a stand.

During Benning's appearance on WVMT Morning Drive Show yesterday morning, both Benning and Kurt Wright went after Gregory Thayer concerning part of a Press release in Montpelier five or six weeks ago.
One of the people that spoke that day was mentioning False Flag events.
Mr. Thayer spoke about this more than once, he said it wasn't what he believed and did not support it.
Mr. Integrity who brags about his relationship with Scott flat out lied. Wright proved once again he doesn't care about any real journalism because he didn't challenge Benning, he supported this.

VTGOP Chairman Paul Dame hosted a debate in St. Albans at Northwest Access TV Monday Evening.
Senatorial, Congressional, and Lt Governor candidates were there.
Well not all of them, Christina Nolan was a No Show for the 3rd time in a row. What is she afraid of ?
Also, Chairman Dame didn't mention a word about where Governor Scott was. Scott never shows up for VTGOP meetings or events.
He doesn't need to, his constituents are all democrats.
You would think the VTGOP Chairman would require or at least request the Governor participate in the debate.
You see, Steve Bellows, a Real Republican candidate for VT Governor was there to debate. But Chairman Dame didn't offer Vermonters a chance to see the Gubernatorial candidates debate. In fact he didn't even mention it. He ignored Steve Bellows the right to a debate. But he could have given Steve the opportunity to share his vision for Vermont. But Steve was ignored by Chairman Dame.
One more time Scott sticks his middle finger in the face of Real Vermont Republicans.
One more time Chairman Dame accommodates him.

This is the article that appears in todays Vermont Daily Chronicle.
Editor’s note: Jim Sexton of Essex Junction, a volunteer for the campaign to elect Gerald Malloy to U.S. Senate, longtime pro-lifer, and a worker for a Vermont crisis pregnancy center, on July 14 wrote the note below asking Mary Beerworth, Executive Director of Vermont Right to Life, to explain why she supports Christina Nolan in the GOP Senate primary. The note was published on Sexton’s social media. It, and Beerworth’s response, are published below.
Hi Mary,
I have been fighting for the unborn in the Statehouse Chambers, on the Statehouse Grounds and in my life for a long time. I have been blessed to have stood beside many God fearing people doing His work.
I am blessed to know you. I am working with Aspire Now to continue to fight for the most vulnerable and give them a voice.
I messaged you a short while ago with my concern about your support for Christina Nolan. I was most distressed about your Facebook post after the radio show she was on with WVMT.
You wrote that you had donated to her campaign. At that time I had heard Ms. Nolan admit that she supported abortion thru the 1st trimester. Since then she has clarified herself (the VPR debate) by saying the difference between herself and Welch was that he supports abortion to the moment of Birth, while she only supports it thru the 2nd trimester. In other words, while Welch is content with killing babies up to the moment of birth, she will fight for less than 1% of the unborn. Since the Roe V Wade decision she stated that she will fight to codify abortion if she gets elected to the U.S. Senate.
I cannot understand why you continue to support Ms. Nolan. This goes against everything you have fought for the last 30 years, if not more.
I am asking you to either come out Publicly and disassociate from Ms. Nolan and her campaign, or to resign from VT Right to Life. As I have said before, neither you, I or anyone else can be Pro Life part time.
Jim Sexton
Beerworth’s response:
Jim Sexton is in error to infer that I have endorsed Christina Nolan in my role as Executive Director of the Vermont Right to Life Committee (VRLC).
To be clear, I do personally support Christian Nolan, a woman with a strong legal background who has not only an unassailable record of serving Vermonters in her prior role as US States Attorney for Vermont, but who is also a firm a NO on the most important issue that has ever faced pro-life Vermont voters – Proposal 5/Article 22.
For those who are not aware, Article 22 is a proposed amendment to the Vermont Constitution that would legalize unrestricted and unregulated abortion through all nine months of pregnancy, until the moment of birth, and would irreparably damage Vermont on a host of other matters that relate to “personal reproductive autonomy.”
Additionally, Christina Nolan is the only candidate in the Republican Primary that can defeat 100% pro-abortion and 100% pro-Article 22, Peter Welch (D).
For a number of reasons, the VRLC Political Committee made a decision to refrain from making candidate recommendations in the 2022 Primary. That was not my decision.
Lacking a voter guide, if pro-life Vermont voters call me in the VRLC office for voter information, I inform them that Gerald Malloy is the only pro-life candidate in the race. I further inform them that Myers Mermel, also a Republican candidate in the Republican Primary, has publicly stated that while he is personally pro-life, he will do nothing if elected that is contrary to the current pro-abortion agenda.
Jim Sexton may believe that he somehow has the right to tell me what to do in my personal life and demand that I resign, but he is sadly mistaken. I was hired by the Vermont Right to Life Board of Directors 26 years ago and will continue to give my best effort to work under their direction. But only the VRLC Board can request my resignation.
Mary Hahn Beerworth, Executive Director, Vermont Right to Life Committee

Phil Scott - abortion Full Term
Joe Benning - abortion Full Term
Christina Nolan - abortion thru 2nd Trimester
Every democrat Congressional candidate- abortion full term

Steve Bellows - 100% Pro Life
Gregory Thayer - 100% Pro Life
Gerald Malloy - 100% Pro Life
Anya Tynio - 100% Pro Life

07/23/2022

Full disclosure, I won't quit.
I won't quit fighting the VTGOP leadership and members that support people claiming to be Republican that have betrayed the Republican Party Platform.
The language is CLEAR, We value the sanctity of life from the moment of conception to natural death.
The language is CLEAR, While individuals may hold diverse opinions in some ares, the differences should not deflect from advancing the principles that unite us as a party.
It doesn't say, Part Time
It doesn't say, If you feel like it.
it doesn't say, We'll look the other way.
It doesn't say, We need numbers in the Legislature.
It doesn't say, Welcome to the " Big Tent. "
So either the Platform stands for something or it doesn't.
The actions of the VTGOP leadership say it doesn't.
That is the reason Scott, Benning, Beck, Leffler, Scheuermann, Martin and Walker are protected by the VTGOP.
All have voted for or support Prop 5/ Article 22.
Benning voted for it twice. Benning and Scott have both said they will vote for it in November.
Proof the Republican Platform doesn't stand for anything. And neither do the VTGOP members that support these people.
The following is the Mission statement from Vermont Right to Life Committee.
Mary Beerworth is the Administrator and has been for many years. Mary has been a Warrior for the unborn.
But something has gone seriously wrong.
Mary Beerworth not only supports Christina Nolan for U.S. Senate, she has donated to her campaign.
Ms. Nolan is Mary Beerworth's niece.
Ms. Nolan stated twice during the VPR Senate debate that she supports abortion thru the 2nd Trimester. More than 99% of all abortions are in the first two trimesters.
So, Ms. Nolan is bragging that she will fight for less than 1% of all Babies killed by abortion.
Ms. Nolan has also said if elected she will fight for Roe V Wade to be codified in all 50 States.
The two greatest battles Pro Life people fight against, but Mary Beerworth has chosen to support Ms. Nolan.
If you read the mission statement of VT Right to Life it doesn't say, Part of the time.
It doesn't say, Unless one of our relatives is a candidate.
It doesn't say, We will fight for less than 1% of the unborn.
Mary Beerworth must resign from Vermont Right to Life immediately.
OUR MISSION
The mission of the Vermont Right to Life Committee is to achieve universal recognition of the sanctity of human life from conception through natural death. In pursuit of that mission, VRLC, through peaceful, legal means, seeks changes in public opinion, public policy, the law, and individual behavior that respect the right to life and reject abortion, euthanasia, and other actions that deny the right to life.
