The Monticello Strokers Swim Team will have their first home meet of the season on Wednesday, June 3rd. For this event the pool will be closing at 4:00.

ADULT WATER WALKING AND LAP SWIMMING IS BACK!!!!! We start tonight. Hopefully we can fill all the lanes with walkers and swimmers. $3 single admission. 20 passes for $45. Season pass for $100. We will do this Monday through Thursday from 7:00-8:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00-11:00. (During the month of June, there will be some disruptions due to Monticello Strokers Swim Meets.). Hope to see all of our regulars and maybe some new ones tonight!!!

I apologize for the lack of communication today. We finished a surprise that is opening
this summer. Can’t wait for you to come tomorrow (hopefully) and see what we have done!!!

Today is opening day, except the temperature is not looking so good. With that said, we are going to delay the opening of the pool with the hope of the temperature becoming a little warmer later today. Stay tuned for more details as we will reevaluate early this afternoon.

Looking for a fun summer job? The Monticello City Pool is hiring Lifeguards and Snack Shack Workers!

🛟 Lifeguards (Age 15+)

📌Must be certified in Lifeguarding, CPR/AED, and First Aid
📌Available afternoons, evenings, and weekends
📌Teach/help with swim lessons (mornings)

🍿 Snack Shack Workers (Age 14+)

📌Available afternoons, evenings, and weekends

And just like that, the 2025 season comes to an end. Thank you to all those that supported us this season. Especially proud of the 400 kids that came through swimming lessons this year. We look forward to next season. The pool will reopen on Saturday, May 23, 2026 at Noon!
