Seeking an individual with customer service experience to join our team in Monticello, New York.

The position includes accurate typing and phone interaction, data entry, working on reports & scheduling technicians. Will also provide additional assistance as needed.

Skills: Customer service experience of at least 2+ years and strong communication skills. Ability to multi-task and be comfortable on the phones, as well as experience with Word and Excel.

Hours: Monday – Friday
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
