🚲 HELP US IDENTIFY THIS FUTURE TOUR DE FRANCE PARTICIPANT 🚲

The individual pictured below was recently spotted on High Street conducting what appears to be an unauthorized bicycle acquisition program.

Unfortunately, the bicycle belonged to someone else, and the owner would very much like it back.

Now for the good news: Crime Stoppers has cash burning a hole in their pocket and is looking for an excuse to hand some of it away. If your tip leads to an arrest, you could get paid. That’s right—you can make money while someone else explains to a judge why they needed a bicycle that badly.
