Congratulations to the team at Courage Rock on the official ribbon cutting for The Rock Arena! 🎉

We are proud to have supported this project through a Community Foundation Mental Wellness Grant. This arena represents so much more than a building—it creates a place where healing, connection, confidence, and hope can grow through the unique bond between veterans and their equine partners.

As setup began for The Wall That Heals at the White County 4-H Fairgrounds, hundreds of panels, tents, tables, supplies, and other logistical pieces stood waiting to be assembled. Please note that the Community Foundation of White County office will be closed this week as our team helps welcome and host The Wall That Heals in White County.

This special event is only possible through the dedication of countless volunteers, veterans, community partners, and supporters. We are honored to play a role in bringing this powerful experience of remembrance, reflection, and healing to our community.

We invite you to visit The Wall That Heals at the White County 4-H Fairgrounds in Reynolds, June 4–7. Admission is free and the exhibit is open 24 hours a day.

A simple sign can carry a powerful message.

As The Wall That Heals makes its way to White County, we invite families, classrooms, scout troops, and community groups to create handmade "Welcome Home" signs to display along the es**rt route. Whether made with markers, paint, crayons, or glitter, these signs are a meaningful way to honor our veterans and help give them the welcome home many never received.

For many Vietnam veterans, "Welcome Home" are words they never heard when they returned from service.

Next week, White County has the opportunity to change that.
