Poets, poetry lovers, and friends of poets of all ages, you are invited to join in this community celebration of poetry during National Poetry Month. Come read one of your own poems or one by a favorite poet or simply listen and enjoy. The event will be hosted by current Sullivan County Poet Laureate, Kevin Graham, who will share his unique blend of original music and poetry. He will be joined by previous poet laureates from the county as well as other area poets. Besides original work, you may also hear works from Shakespeare to Shelley to Shel Silverstein. Come hear poetry come alive in this outpouring of words that inspire, intrigue, amuse, delight, and take us on expected journeys.
