PT covered the four pillars of fitness, a form review, and a diagnostic PFA — 2-mile, 2 min hand-release push-ups, and one minute sit-ups. LLAB 2 brought the Office of Title IX and FSU PD into Kroto for reporting resources and campus safety. Thank you both for taking the time with our cadets.
