Lemurs are famous for their incredible jumping and leaping abilities -- not really into swinging. While they are highly agile, their tails are not prehensile (meaning they cannot grip or hang from branches). Instead, they use powerful hind legs to hurl themselves between trees and branches. For those of you that know our two jaguars, Nakita (spotted female jag) can be -- let's say a little feisty, where Kai (black male jag) can be a little more laid back and subdued. Frankly said, Nakita runs the jag display and Kai just stays out of her way.
