We receive this question quite often, so we wanted to help clear things up!

On Saturday, December 12, 2026, the City of Montgomery and the Montgomery Historical Society are proud to collaborate in creating a full day of Christmas festivities in Historic Downtown Montgomery.

While we work together to make this a memorable community celebration, each event has its own organizer and separate registration process.

2026 Lone Star Christmas Parade Saturday, December 12, 2026 https://pci.jotform.com/form/261416311400137

The parade is limited to a maximum of 100 approved entries. Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-approved basis.Registration will close as soon as 100 approved entries have been received, even if capacity is reached before October 31.

• Early Registration: July 31–September 30, 2026 — $25
• Late Registration: October 1–October 31, 2026 — $50, or until capacity is reached

We encourage you to register early to secure your place now in the parade. Thank you for being part of this cherished Montgomery tradition.
