ARCH is proud to partner with It’s Real Life Coaching Inc by providing outreach items for continued distribution across Pike, Butler, and Macon Counties. These coats and hygiene kits were provided to support IRL ongoing outreach efforts, ensuring this is not a one-time activity, but sustained, consistent engagement with individuals experiencing homelessness in these rural communities.
This work reflects the strength of true partnership, local organizations and frontline teams working in coordination with ARCH through our Coordinated Entry system to ensure outreach is organized, intentional, and connected to real pathways to assistance. Through coordination, we reduce duplication, strengthen follow-up, and focus limited resources where they are most needed.
At ARCH, we firmly believe outreach must be connected to systems, not stand-alone acts of service. When partners such as IRL operate within Coordinated Entry, our collective response is stronger, more accountable, and better positioned to move people from street outreach to stabilization and, ultimately, to housing.
We are grateful for Ms. Franklin’s leadership of IRL and for the organization’s continued commitment to coordinated, community-driven solutions. This reflects what a coordinated rural response should look like in practice. FeLishia L Franklin
