We are incredibly grateful to the Being for Others Health & Wellness Foundation for awarding Barr-Reeve Community Schools a $15,000 grant to support our project, Connected & Cared For: School-Based Mental Health Support & Safety.

Following a thoughtful and competitive review process, Barr-Reeve was honored to be one of 11 organizations selected for funding.

This grant will help sustain our partnership with Youth First by supporting an existing school-based mental health professional who provides trusted, direct support to students experiencing anxiety, stress, behavioral challenges, and other social-emotional needs. Through this work, students have access to caring support, early intervention, and resources that help them thrive both in and out of the classroom.

Thank you to the Being for Others Health & Wellness Foundation for investing in the well-being of our students and helping us ensure that every child feels connected, cared for, and supported.

The Being for Others (BFO) Health and Wellness Foundation is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to creating a culture of health and wellness for the betterment of communities in Southern Indiana.
