Congratulations to our fifteen LAMP seniors who have been named National Merit Semifinalists! This prestigious recognition places these outstanding Golden Tigers among the top one percent of high school seniors nationwide based on their exceptional performance on the PSAT.

We are so proud of their hard work and dedication. Please help us celebrate this huge accomplishment as they compete for National Merit Scholarships!

The Wolverine crowd brought the hype as we officially introduced our 2026-2027 Attendance Ambassadors: Montgomery County Commission Vice Chairman Carmen Moore-Ziegler and Attorney Stewart Vance with The Vance Law Firm!

They are stepping up to champion our scholars because showing up every single day is the first step toward success. Huge thank you to Carver High School for bringing the noise and setting the standard for the year! 🍎

LAMP’s long-standing tradition of academic excellence remains as strong as ever. MPS is pleased that ALSDE officials and U.S. News & World Report are working together to refine data review protocols so that our students' extraordinary achievements are accurately represented in future rankings.
