Roommate needed. Looking for a tenant who rents from me. I have known her for more seven years and she is on a limited income. She is 67, black, good personality and good sense of humor…!!! She doesn’t drink or do drugs, but she does smoke. She doesn’t have any pets. She would like to find a lady at least 45 or older to help share expenses with her. You would have your own bedroom and share a bathroom. You would pay a set amount of $475, and this would include all utilities.
