The United States Marine Corps Physical Fitness Test (PFT) is an annual assessment of a Marine’s general physical fitness, conducted between January 1 and June 30 each year. The test measures muscular endurance, strength, and cardiorespiratory endurance through three events: pull-ups or push-ups, a plank, and a three-mile run. A perfect score is 300 points.
