What a way to finish an incredible week at Challenger Sports Soccer Camp! ⚽

Our final day was packed with celebration, appreciation, and unforgettable moments. We were honored to have Adjutant General of the Alabama National Guard, Major General David Pritchett, join us to present special challenge coins to Coach Sonny and Coach Pearce in recognition of their outstanding leadership, energy, and commitment to our youth throughout the week. 👏

The camp wrapped up with a fun and heartwarming closing ceremony where our athletes received certificates for demonstrating confidence and teamwork. From first kicks to final goals, these kiddos gave it their all—and it showed! 💪

We want to extend a HUGE thank you to:
• Our amazing Challenger Sports coaches for bringing passion and excellence every single day
• Our supportive parents and families
• The Joint Force Headquarters staff for their continued support
• And most importantly… our incredible campers for making this week such a success! 🌟

⚽️🍧 Challenger Sports and Dahlia’s Hawaiian Shave Ice?!? That’s the perfect combination for a SWEET day at camp!!

A huge thank you to Dahlia’s for generously treating our campers to a cool and refreshing surprise. 🍧 Your kindness helped everyone cool off and made a great day even sweeter!

With the FIFA World Cup 2026 kicking off, it was only fitting that we host our own World Cup game at camp. 🌎🏆 We had another great day of learning, teamwork, and fun on the field!

Top Secret Brick Lab is a FREE hands-on experience for Alabama National Guard dependents ages 6–10, facilitated by Bricks & Minifigs Vestavia Hills! Kids will create their own Spy Vehicle, take on an Escape Route Challenge, and complete exciting Top Secret Builds.
