👋 Greens from Chester and Delaware Counties welcome you to our online book group, discussing topical books and key readings for political education.
In September, we’ll read The Nerd Reich by Gil Durán, a new book on the history and rise to power and influence of Sam
The author, once a political advisor to Dianne Feinstein and Kamala Harris, describes the inspirations and antecedents of these tech titans; how these avatars of an industry that once aligned with the Democrats rebelled, with a flagrant embrace of Trump. And they have a plan: Technofascism (or, Capitalism).
📖 Check your locally-owned bookstore or library for the book, and join us to talk about it.
🤓 Each meeting will be about an hour; we’ll readjust duration and pace as needed.
