Congratulations to Brightwood Science Teams for winning first place 🥇 at this year’s MKHS Science Field Day and bringing the trophy back to Brightwood. Science Field Day is a STEM competition held by MKHS United Sciences where teams of 6th-8th grade middle school students from Alhambra Unified School District and San Gabriel Valley compete in a total of 22 STEM based events. We are so proud of our Bengals!
We would like to recognize and make a big shout out to our teacher advisors, Mr. Kawasaki and Mrs. Ng, our administrators, and all the volunteer coaches for their dedication, hard work, and guidance to the students. Brightwood students couldn’t get this far without them.
We also would like to thank the Brightwood PTA for supporting our Brightwood Science Teams. All your support made a difference!
