FYI happening Saturday finally the fence former Mayor Kimberly Ann Cobos-Cawthorne, Montebello worked so hard to get funding from Senator Archuleta check for the safety of residents of the City of Montebello - Government $935,000.000 November 2021.

Once again The community members in the south part of Montebello were disenfranchise by council members of the north, they selected who the representative was , instead of letting the residents vote their Councilmember in. This vote was done by only TWO council members hmmm… Instead of having equal representation across the dais like districts were intended for, these two council members chose their “ 3rd YES VOTE” !! Why not let the residents vote and if their “appointed” wins then fine and if not then the PEOPLE voted and have spoken!

Our Community!! We didn’t Move in here, we are not carpetbaggers, we were Born and raised! This is Our Montebello and we are Taking it back!!

We met our Montebello Fire Bike 🚲 Team, did you know they will save our city a lot of money$$!!They will be deployed at Montebello Fire Department City of Montebello - Government events if there’s an emergency they can be there on the spot!! Great job 👨‍🚒 Definitely 🚒

This week City of Montebello - Government lost a huge asset to our organization our Deputy City Clerk Alicia Fernandez! Upon arriving almost 2.5 years ago, she saw first hand our Records database (the hundreds of boxes 📦 in the basement), or lack there of, she immediately brought transparency & accountability to our city. There were so many bad practices, she helped us get away from, let’s hope it remains that way! She will definitely be a loss to our city. We wish her much luck and success in her future endeavors!
