Carnegie Libraries of Monte Vista and South Fork Colorado Andrew Carnegie granted money for 2,509 libraries to be built between 1883-1929. As of 1919 there were 3,500 libraries, of which half were built by Carnegie.

There are 1,689 Carnegie Libraries in the US, 660 in Britain and Ireland, 125 in Canada. Carnegie Library South Fork Branch Hours:
Mon, Tue, Wed, and Fri. 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Thurs. 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sat. 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
