Attention 3rd Ward, there are new speed humps on Undercliff to address the speeding that occurs on that street. I want to thank Montclair’s Complete Streets Director, Town Engineer and Head of DCS for getting this done. I also want to thank my colleague for the teamwork… Don’t worry Harrison Ave we aren’t done yet!

Please join me in congratulating Bill Harrison who was unanimously appointed to fill the vacant Councilor-At-Large seat at this evening’s Town Council Meeting. Bill is a long time resident of Montclair and has served as the Chairman of the Town’s Zoning Board for close to 40 years. I look forward to working with Bill and the rest of my colleagues on the Council as we navigate the challenges ahead.

3rd Ward I hope that you are enjoying these new 4-way stop signs. There are more to come (I’m 👀 at you Harrison and Porter). Thank you once again to the members of the community that advocated for the 4-way stop signs at this intersection and to the dedicated folks at Montclair’s Department of Community Services.

The new 4 way stop signs are installed at Hawthorne and Gates… Thank you to the residents that lobbied and I to change this problematic intersection into a 4 way stop, which was unanimously passed by the Town Council. Last but not least, thank you to DCS for getting these signs installed for the first day of school.
