MVWD’s Board of Directors recognized the winners of the district’s 2026 “Being Water Wise is…” Student Art Poster Contest during a recent board meeting.

This year, we received 125 poster entries from 10 classrooms across four schools within our service area. Students demonstrated creative and meaningful artwork about water. Awards were presented in three categories (grades Kindergarten to 3rd, 4th to 6th, and 7th to 12th). These winning works or art will be entered into the regional competition hosted by Metropolitan Water District of Southern California.
