Why am I running for school board?

I want to bring change and diversity to the school board. I want to re-engage collaboration between the board and administration and allow our hired administration to utilize their skill sets to which they were hired for. I want to demonstrate to the students that teamwork prevails when the goals are aligned, and the students and their education is the district's priority. We are a small community, my greatest desire is for all officials involved to work towards a coalition that has the students/athletes at the center of why we do what we do.
