We’re hiring! PJ Library Parent Connector
A PJ Library Parent Connector cultivates and supports the growth of parent-inspired, neighborhood-based programming. By sparking connections and listening to the needs of local families, you will create low-barrier Jewish experiences that align with the Jewish Federation of the Greater San Gabriel and Pomona Valley’s mission and the PJ Library engagement framework. PJ Library Parent Connectors will build authentic relationships, create barrier-free Jewish experiences, and help expand communities through meaningful connections (phone conversations, coffee dates) and small-scale gatherings. A successful PJ Library Parent Connector is warm, compassionate, and genuinely interested in getting to know new families. A connector enthusiastically leads creative programs in their area, tailoring to the interests of families. This is a unique, flexible role designed for "community builders." You will be mentored by Jewish Federation staff, receive specialized training from PJ Library, and join a national network of likeminded professionals to share ideas and best practices.
