Thank you, Assemblymember Chris Holden, for your leadership on housing affordability!

We caught up with our representative yesterday at his annual block party in Pasadena. Mr. Holden told us that housing IS a crisis, right now in California. "You don't do triage during a crisis," he said. Mr. Holden also explained there would be no point in "rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic" at this point. We couldn't agree more.

We appreciate your support for important housing bills, Mr. Holden, and for your leadership on the Appropriations Committee. It does *not* go unnoticed. Also, we hope that you will please support SB 679, by Senator Sydney Kamlager, when it comes before your committee next month. Let's build more affordable housing in L.A. County!
