Beatrice, or 11 miles northeast of Monroeville, moving south at 10
mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

* At 549 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 12 miles northwest
of Uriah, or 13 miles west of Frisco City, moving southeast at 10
mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.

AND PINE HILL.

Verizon Wireless is reporting a catastrophic failure of a guyed wire tower just north of Monroeville. Affected areas would include Peterman, Burnt Corn, Tunnel Springs, Monroe Station, Ridge Road and eastern Drewry Road. A temporary solution to coverage is being researched until permanent repairs can be made. Coverage in these areas is diminished or non-existent at the moment.
