Setting local students up for success. That was goal of several municipal employees and first responders who visited Gateway School District this week for the Skilled Trades Fair! High school students got the chance to learn about several career paths in the Municipality focused on the trades, and meet with those who do these important jobs every day. Getting exposed to different career opportunities early on can help students make a strong plan towards graduation and beyond.

Expanding access to make sure no one in our community goes hungry. The Free Little Pantry is now available at Community Park West and Monroeville Public Library! Everyone is welcome to take what they need, and leave what they can.

Take what you need... and leave what you can. A new community resource is expanding to help our neighbors in need! The Free Little Pantry is now available at Community Park West near the sports courts AND outside the main entrance of Monroeville Public Library.

The pantries serve as a place where anyone can receive or donate non-perishable food items, and stand as a symbol of compassion, connection and community.

UPDATE: Large Social Hall
Please know we have done everything on our end to try and get this project finished. At this point, we are waiting on the contractors to finish the installation of the room dividers which includes sound proofing the ceilings. We are patiently waiting for an installation date.

Unfortunately, we will have to cancel/reschedule some of our programs going into the month of May. If you have registered for a program that will be affected by this delay, you will be contacted by a member of our staff by the end of the week.

We ask all of you for your patience during this time.
We are doing our best to cause the least amount of disruption to our service as possible. We have been working to maximize the availability of our programs and classes, as we have to make accommodations due to the closure of this large programming area.

If you have any questions or would like more information, please feel free to call the main office.
