🍁 September is Falls Prevention Month!

This month, take a moment to think about the steps you can take to prevent falls and stay independent. One great place to start? Stepping On: Falls Prevention Program!

This evidence-based, 7-week program helps older adults build confidence, improve balance and strength, identify fall risks, and learn practical strategies for staying safe and active.

Research shows Stepping On can reduce falls by 31%—giving you more confidence to keep doing the things you enjoy.

The program fits your schedule—walk when and where it’s convenient for you, with weekly emails and materials to keep you motivated along the way.
