Transition CT Transition Services of Fairfield County, LLC provides transition,vocational,day and social program

TransitionCT is excited to announce the expansion of their comprehensive Transition Services organization, locally in Fairfield County. Programs are offered to high school students, post graduate students and day program participants! Students will participate in individualized programming including: career exploration, interest inventories, work experiences with 1:1 job coaching, prevocational sk

ills, life skills, college readiness, interview preparedness, budgeting, and transportation training. Each student’s Transition Program will be collaboratively developed with academic teams and personalized to meet individual, family and school district goals and objectives. Programs will be based at TransitionCT’s campus nestled in the heart of the Trumbull/Monroe business district surrounded by local employer partners offering community based internships and vocational experiences.
