Two of the most pressing challenges your next Attorney General will have to face are welfare fraud and elder abuse.

White collar crime cases are among the most difficult to investigate and prosecute, requiring prosecutors who are willing to put in the time and effort to see them through.

As Chief of the Eaton County Economic Crimes Unit and now as Eaton County Prosecutor, I have spent decades prosecuting these exact crimes.

My office is responsible for prosecuting welfare fraud cases in Eaton, Ingham, and Clinton counties, and for more than a decade we prosecuted bad check cases on behalf of the Michigan Secretary of State. With all of that, we have returned over 10 million to area businesses and the state government.

Protecting taxpayers, consumers, and vulnerable seniors is not new to me. It has been a core part of my career.

We are honored that our Republican Women's Club Monroe County has been recognized as a part of the National Federation Republican Women USA 250 Liberty Builders Brigade.

The membership growth that we have achieved since February of this year allowed us to not just reach a goal - We Built Momentum and our plan is to keep growing and winning.

We will be added to the NFRW USA 250 Honor Roll after July 4th.

I thank each and every one of our new and existing members and this honor is for you. Your contributions and dedication allows us to do amazing things. We look forward to the excitement of our upcoming Primary and Election season. The RWCMC will take part in getting our Republican Candidates elected.
