The assessed value on this particular building is only $5,000 because it has no legal use according to the ZBA for the Town of Monroe.

If it was changed to a legal use, this building would be valued at $175,000 to $200,000 for tax assessment purposes.

Richardson is so desperate for money, it would be irresponsible for her not to recognize these as year-round rentals.

Thus increasing the tax revenue from this particular building that already exists while protecting her climate control and environmental issues.

The building is located on the lower field of the 20 acres overlooking a 2-acre Lake.

2/12 UPDATE:

OUR COYOTE FRIEND HAS BEEN CAPTURED ALIVE. THE COYOTE IS ON THE WAY THAT THE VETERINARIAN TO HAVE THE TRAP REMOVED AND HOPEFULLY RECOVER IN A SHORT TIME. THANKS TO ALL THE LADIES THAT SHOWED UP TODAY TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN.

SEVERAL WILDLIFE RESCUE SERVICES WILL BE GATHERING ON Pinecrest Bungalow Colony Monroe TODAY TO RESCUE THE COYOTE.

UPDATE: I HAVE TALKED TO ORGANIZATIONS IN BOTH ROCKLAND AND WESTCHESTER. EVERYTHING IS IN THE WORKS TO TRY AND HELP THE COYOTE. WHETHER THE ANIMAL LIVES OR DIE IS SOMETHING FOR GOD TO MAKE THE DECISION. BUT HUMAN OR ANIMAL SHOULD NOT HAVE TO SUFFER THE PAIN!! WE HOPE TO HAVE IT CAPTURED TO DETERMINE THE BEST WAY TO SAVE ITS LIFE IN SHORT ORDER. WE ARE JUST TRYING TO FIND A CAGE TRAP BIG ENOUGH TO CAPTURE SO WE CAN REMOVE THE TRAP OFF IT'S PAW. VETERINARIANS HAVE PROMISED ME ONCE THEY HAVE THE COYOTE IN THEIR POSSESSION. THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING TO SAVE ITS LIFE.

Somebody has decided to use the 45 acres the town Monroe owns for trapping purposes.

Here is a video of a fox that has a trap on its right front paw. New York State DEC cannot help me. Nobody locally can help me to help this animal.

This animal is now walking around a residential area injured with no possibility of assistance.

If anybody can help this animal please do. I was told to find somebody to trap it and someone else would pick it up. I have no means whatsoever to do this.

Please Facebook message me if you have anything you can offer. My resources are limited but my residents have been put at risk because of this illegal trapping on Town property.

If Richardson is so bent on protecting the environment then she should get on this right away and find out who is doing it. If not, she's allowed to talk and a lot of hot air.

2 years ago Cardone paid $320,000 cash to buy 609 Arlin!!

We know that a very common practice of laundering money is when something is put on the market at very excessive price that's not reasonable. Once it's put on on the market as such a high exorbitant price of $552,000 for a half acre of land. Cardone creates the transaction to cover another half a million dollars in laundry.

All this at a time he's had a judgment against him from Hallmark and non-payment of rent of $151,000.

Where is he getting this money from?

I have achieved what my goal has been since February 2024. Cardone and Company have been officially removed from office.

I will NOT be seeking any further attempts to take office at any level of government. However, when I feel it is necessary, I will change government from the Village level to the Town all the way up to the White House. I am an equal opportunity discriminator!

Cardone and Company will soon prove if he is a true Fight or Flight character.

Richardson will only be in office for THREE YEARS under the new state law making all races even years. Richardson has a one year honeymoon to prove her self capable of handling the financial stress of Monroe. Second year everything has to fall into place. Third year a re-election for Richardson democratic board.

Richardson full democratic board (Scancarello must drop out, Cardone does not have his back anymore) will not have ANY excuses when taxes rise or the financial distress for the Town of Monroe worsens.

Richardson has not inherited an 21% tax increase over the last 2 years because it happened while she was in office as a town councilwoman. She can't throw this on Cardone.

Richardson did NOT dispute the increase for the benefit of buying Rye Hill for $19.5 million.

Richardson should be voting against the new increase of 10% while announcing in general terms how she is going to sole the financial distress of Monroe.

Richardson needs to do a top to bottom review for ALL contracts and services provided to the Town of Monroe.

Richardson likes it or not, she must deal with Summer Crest LLC v Town of Monroe and Summer Crest LLC v Monroe ZBA and Planning Board issues. This is assuming Cardone runs from these lawsuits. If she does not settle these lawsuits than she become Cardone 2.0! Richardson has been honest and forward that Cardone violated the United States Constitution. She has admitted that the Town should pay. The plaintiffs are willing to settle as long as they are made financially whole. Damages are proven. The decision by the court to move forward the Article 78 indicates that the decision was "arbitrary and capricious" when the ruled that Pinecrest Bungalow Colony Monroe had NO legal use in opposition to the Monroe Building Department decision. This now rejected document was the ONLY evidence the Town used in the Federal case which is now legally invalided.
We the people are expecting Richardson to act and take full accountability for everything that the Town has done to so many here in Monroe.

In the end, I first meet Richardson at Pinecrest Bungalow Colony Monroe a few years ago. She stated at the time that the property needs to be saved and the units need to be put out to market. We have 13 units ready to go to market within the next 6 to 9 months. the Village under Dwyer worked with us so can the Town!

CARDONE IS NO CONSERVATIVE CANDIDATE!! HE'S PREPARED TO DESTROY OUR HISTORY FOR HIS OWN POLITICAL NEEDS.

On October 3, CARDONE suffered a huge loss in the Orange County Supreme Court Article 78. See attached. EF008794-2024

Cardone continues to use his political position to attack his political opponents while violating election law!!

The court ordered the town of Monroe ZBA and PLANNING BOARD to respond under CPL 7804(e).

The court ordered them into court on November 7th. See attached

The court recognized that there is an issue with the ZBA decision against Summer Crest LLC that is preserving 20 rental buildings at Pinecrest Bungalow Colony Monroe. See building department determinations attached.

In May 2025, Cardone personally testified in the federal case using the ZBA determination as a defense for losses against the town.

Summer Crest LLC v. Town of Monroe (7:23-cv-06048)

The ZBA chairman and some of his board members cronies ruled against our organization eliminating 13 rental units that date back to 1930 in opposition to the building department's decision.

These illegal decisions were done with the help of the PLANNING BOARD CHAIRWOMAN BONNIE FRANSON providing false and misleading information. She will be facing a civil action under the color of laws and any other action the lawyers choose to bring!

The planning board is also required now to respond separately to the court action because their actions are considered to be .

The Planning board not our organization requested from the building department to make a determination of the legal use of the building at Summer Crest.

The stupidity of the town government is as stupid as it gets. Prior to even purchasing the property, we verified exactly what the building department stated. This is how appraisals are done to determine value and what uses the property has.

Both of these organizations acted in opposition to the decision of the town building inspector and historian.

Cardone used these two boards for his own political gain. Cardone is no better than Comey!!

The town building inspector ruled that all of the buildings had legal uses. See attached.

The Orange County Supreme Court now believes there is a problem with the decision of the ZBA and PLANNING BOARD as being ARBITRARY AND CAPRICIOUS!!

These board members upon the Court's final decision will be facing personal lawsuits!!

We will then bring a personal lawsuit against Cardone for discriminating against housing for his own political gain.

Wrapping this all together, you will see where card don't offered into evidence is ZBA decision to establish. There was no loss of income! Now this is being overturned!!

Is this the guy you really want to re-elect as an incumbent where he's abusing his political position?
