We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Person to help maintain our nursing home facility. Responsibilities include basic repairs, preventative maintenance, grounds upkeep, and responding to maintenance requests.

Qualifications:

General maintenance experience preferred
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry basics
Dependable and able to work independently
Ability to perform physical tasks and lift equipment
