Always You is now seeking participants for our upcoming Extended School Year (ESY) program, which will run Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from July 7–30, 2026, from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM at the Community College of Beaver County.

The program is designed to provide hands-on, person-centered transition experiences that explore four high-demand industries:
- Retail & Customer Service
- Hospitality & Culinary Arts
- Manufacturing & Logistics
- Healthcare

Each week includes professional guest speakers, site visits, and practical application activities to build real-world skills and support IEP transition goals. This program is funded through OVR for eligible participants. Students earn a stipend to complete the program, and transportation will be coordinated by participating school districts.

Today is the final push of our Drive the Movement Anniversary Campaign. We are asking organizations across our community to invest $100 each to fund the 15-passenger vehicle that keeps our participants moving toward employment, education, and community.

Last year, Always You opened its doors with one mission, to make sure individuals with disabilities had access to real pathways forward. Employment. Education. Community. Independence.

We are celebrating that anniversary by driving the movement forward, literally.

We are asking 100 organizations in our community to invest $100 each to fund a 15-passenger vehicle that keeps our participants moving toward everything they have worked so hard to build.

A job they earned. A campus they belong on. A community that is waiting for them.

We confront those systems every day. Through workforce pathways, campus partnerships, policy-informed programs, and a founder who has spent her career building change from the inside out.
