We want to spotlight our good friends at SVDP Disaster Services/Ready California because of their hard work on yesterday's "Small Steps Save Lives" webinar for child care providers!

Their team so generously took the time to work with us to provide a comprehensive lunch & learn webinar for providers who will be impacted by new legislative changes in SB 150. Those changes include making child care providers have an emergency and disaster plan on site for their programs.

We are so grateful for this opportunity to support grandparents who are raising their grandchildren.

August is all about supporting our seniors and helping them stay connected, engaged, and less isolated. Thanks to the generosity of Jackson Rancheria employees, who give each month through voluntary payroll deductions, local seniors are receiving the support they need.

First 5 Amador

Our good friends at First 5 Amador are a dedicated team focused on children 0-5. Programs include playgroups, messy mornings, the bridge program, imagination library, dad & me, mom & me, and SO much more! Learn more about their programs here: first5amador.com

First 5 hosts Quality For Kids, an initiative for early childhood providers and educators. The program supports them reach higher levels of quality care for the children in our community.

This month, Quality For Kids is hosting the Amador Quality for Kids 2026-2027 Launch. We will be there! Consider joining us and learning more about resources AND earn professional development hours!
