First 5 Calaveras will be at the County Fair May 14, 2026. Families can stop by to learn about early literacy resources and sign up their children from birth to age 5 for Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library at no cost. Through this partnership, First 5 Calaveras helps families connect with free books and early learning resources to build strong reading habits.

A prior Press Release issued April 15, 2026 stated that First 5 Calaveras and Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library would be present both May 14 and 15.
