Mokelumne Hill Fire Protection District Board of Directors is pleased to announce the hiring of a new Fire Chief Bryan Santos who will take over this spring when Chief Dell’Orto retires.
Chief Santos has been a firefighter since 1980, a paramedic since 2003 and worked at San Andreas Fire for 26 years. He leaves his job as assistant chief at west point fire to join our fire department.
Having a paramedic chief will really help our firefighters who aspire to become highly paid and sought after paramedics.
Congratulations Chief Santos and welcome aboard!

Mokelumne Hill Fire Protection District will have the pleasure of escorting Santa Claus around our District again this year.

We’ll be in Paloma and Golden Hills on the evening of December 22, and Boston Yale and Mokelumne Hill on the 23rd.

The Engines will be departing approximately at darktime each evening from The Mokelumne Hill Station.

We wish you all a Happy Holiday Season and hope to see many faces out enjoying the Santa Lights Tour again this year!

We would like to congratulate and welcome fire academy graduate Brian (Patrick) McGreevy to
Mokelumne Hill Fire Protection District.
Brian was a top student and was awarded a top student honor award.
We attended his Columbia College Fire Academy graduation Thursday night and watched him and many fine young academy graduates about to take a huge leap into their future. Nice ceremony!

A glimpse of our amazing auction items for tonight’s Fireman’s Ball! Doors open at 5pm this year, with the first auction at 7. We’ll have Pizza B Goode’s food truck, free appetizers, no host bar and great live music by the Woody Show and The Kool Shifters Band. Don’t let the rain stop you - we’ll have the town hall warmed up!
