I'm thrilled to endorse Mialon Morris for Judge! Vote Morris for Judge in the Democratic primary on May 5 and in the general election on November 3.

I’m honored to announce my endorsement from Mogadore Village Council Member Bobby McDowall!

Bobby serves on the Mogadore Village Council, having been first elected in 2013. He graduated from the University of Akron School of Law in 2025 summa cm laude, and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in November 2025. He works for the McDowall Consumer Law firm, concentrating his practice on autofraud, lemon law, defending against wrongful debt collection, wrongful repossession claims, wrongful foreclosures, and other consumer issues. Bobby is a member of the Ohio Bar Association, the Summit County Association for Justice, the Summit County Progress Through Preservation, and the Mogadore Historical Society. In 2015, Bobby received the Chair’s Distinguished Service Award from the Summit County Democratic Party.

Sign up for the park program!

The Village of Mogadore is happy to announce the return of our Summer Park Program! The 2021 Mogadore Summer Park Program will take place beginning on Monday, June 14 and ending on Friday, August 13. We will be hosting our program Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Mogadore Lions Park throughout the previously mentioned weeks. The program will be accepting children 3 to 12 years of age. Only Mogadore residents and students who physically reside in the Mogadore Local School District will be accepted. (This does not include students who open enroll or other non-residents). A second opportunity for park program signups will be held on Wednesday, May 26 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mogadore Municipal Building. Please bring photo identification as well as a piece of mail (preferably a utility bill) in order to verify your place of residence. The cost of the program is $225.00 per child for the entirety of the program. If there are multiple children from the same family, the first child will cost $225.00 while the cost for any additional children will be discounted at $175.00 per child (if you plan on sending two children from your family, it would cost $400.00 total). We only accept cash and check. Checks can be made payable to the Village of Mogadore. We have attached the informational packet and registration forms below if you would like to print and complete them prior to registration. Today is Election Day. I have had the privilege of representing the people of Mogadore on Village Council for the last six years. I humbly ask the voters to give me another four years. You have until 7:30 to cast your ballot. Exercise your right to vote!
