This week in small group with Mrs. Britton and Ms. McIntosh, our little learners worked hard practicing important pre-literacy and pre-numeracy skills! 📚🔢 Students engaged in hands-on activities focused on letter recognition, matching uppercase and lowercase letters, identifying numbers, counting, and building early vocabulary skills. Through interactive games, sorting activities, and teacher-guided instruction, students strengthened the foundational skills needed for future reading and math success. We are so proud of their hard work, participation, and growing confidence as learners! ✨🖍️! 💛📚

Young scientists in Ms. Warren and Mrs. Alexander’s class explored different shells and discovered the sounds we can hear when holding them up to our ears. As part of our study of sea animals this week, children used their senses to observe, listen, and learn more about ocean life through this hands-on science activity. Children enjoyed exploring the textures, shapes, and sounds of the shells while sharing their discoveries with class mates.

💉💖 Happy National School Nurses Day! 💖💉

Today we celebrate our amazing Nurse Day! She takes such loving care of our students and families, and is always ready to help our teachers, staff, and community too. 💛

When she’s not being a superhero at school, she’s enjoying Taylor Swift, and spending time with her husband and two boys! 🎶👨‍👩‍👦‍👦

Thank you, Nurse Day, for keeping our little learners safe, healthy, and happy! 🐆🐾
