✨ Together we raised $1,620 for the Zonta Foundation for Women during the District 11 Conference! 💛

Judy White, Foundation Ambassador, helped champion our fundraising efforts! This total includes online gifts and generous cash and check donations from attendees. We’re hopeful even more came in from those who donated online during the event, thank you to everyone who contributed to empowering women and girls worldwide through your support!

Thank you to all the incredible Zontians who joined us for the 2025 District 11 Conference in Coral Gables! It was an inspiring weekend filled with learning, connection, and celebration as we came together to share ideas, strengthen our mission, and honor the work being done across our district.

We are so proud of all our clubs for the passion, collaboration, and Zonta spirit they bring to everything they do. Here’s to another impactful year ahead!

I am collecting new or gently used bras for a ZONTA District 11 service project to benefit freethegirls.org

BRAS? YES YOU READ THAT CORRECTLY. The unworn bra stuffed in the back of your drawer may not be the best fit for you, but somewhere across the world, the bras you donate become inventory for women who are survivors of human trafficking as they embark on their own “BRA Selling” businesses. In developing countries, a woman only has to sell 4 bras a day to earn a livable wage.

I will bring my donations to our District 11 Conference in October. Please PM me for my address to send your bras or Venmo a monetary donation. Thank you for your support! -Charlene Rains

For the past several years, the Zonta Club of Birmingham has sponsored a billboard at the intersection of I-65N at Oxmoor Road in Homewood, AL (US). The message aligns with Zonta International's "16 Days of Activism for the Elimination of Violence Against Women" and Zonta Says No" campaign.
