No Water Bill This Month?
As you may know, we had a software update at the end of April. This update affected 77 customers whose information was not transferred over to the new software. These 77 people didn't receive a bill, can't log on to the portal, and/or can't pay online or in person. We are working with the software provider on a solution, and we apologize for any confusion or frustration. No late fees or penalties will be added to those affected due to this issue. We appreciate your patience as we navigate this new platform!
