Hey Missoula County 18–24 year olds — we want to hear from you!

The Healthy Missoula Youth Coalition is gathering feedback about youth advisory councils, and your voice matters. You don’t need to know anything about them — we’re looking for all perspectives.

Take a few minutes to share your thoughts and help shape future youth opportunities in our community!

Your brain releases dopamine (the reward/ motivation chemical) when you scroll, get notifications, likes, new content, etc.

Alcohol also increases dopamine in the brain.

That shared dopamine hit is why people compare screen use to drinking: both can feel rewarding, habit-forming, and hard to stop.

Learn more at the upcoming "Screenagers: Elementary School Age Edition" screening on February 26, 2026 at Hellgate Elementary at 6 pm. https://www.facebook.com/share/1B2ehB157e/
