Although this election didn't turn out the way that we hoped in Montana, the fight for equality doesn't end here. This campaign was lead by a group of Montana students who care a whole lot about equality for all and our beautiful state. And even though the time to and this campaign has come to an end, we're each determined to keep fighting. We know this generation is resilient and determined, but maybe a bit tired today. So rest up, tomorrow there's work to do.

In solidarity,

-- the Student Organizers of Vote 4 Equality Montana

It’s okay if you make a mistake like forgetting to sign your ballot. Elections will make every effort to contact voters with a rejected ballot, but the safest way to make sure your is "accepted" is by being proactive and checking your mail-in ballot status at MyVoterPageMT.com and giving Elections a call right away if you notice it was not accepted.

Provisional ballots ensure that voters are not excluded from the voting process due to an administrative error. This means that when there is uncertainty about a voter’s eligibility—the voter’s name is not on the voter rolls, a required identification document isn’t available or other issues—the election official is required to offer the voter a provisional ballot instead of a regular ballot. If you're voting in-person and your vote is challenged, it is your RIGHT to ask for a provisional ballot. Find out more here:
