The Girl Scouts Troop 3056 from the City of Mission stop by the Mission Police Department for a tour. These young ladies were given a tour by Officers Julio Perez and Officer John Oliva. They where given a chance to see the equipment our Officers use on a daily basis to keep our community safe. Our Officers has their hands full answering many important questions the Troop has for them. It was a real pleasure having the Girl Scouts stop by. Have a safe summer Ladies.😃

Thursday April 12, 2018, the Mission Police Department’s Crime Victims Services hosted the 11th Annual National Crime Victims’ Rights Event. Agencies from across Hidalgo County as well as families who lost a love one due to violent crimes were present. Every year this event takes place to remember those lives lost and to affirm that law enforcement along with the a Criminal Justice System continue to fight for justice.
