The 7th graders had the wonderful opportunity to explore the M.E.C.C.A. Trail in science class. They went on a scavenger hunt for the 7 Features of Life, learning about tree adaptations, why leaves change color, learning about salmon spawning, finding seeds and exploring our amazing school forest.

MHS students had an opportunity to visit various local construction sites on the Made Here Construction Tour. Thank you to all organizations who assisted in giving this opportunity to our students.

The OH Schultz book fair is here! Students can shop during their library time this week, and it will be open to the public from 4-7:45 on Tuesday and Thursday.

This morning we had over 150 students, staff members, and parents participate in our Walk & Roll to School Day! The weather couldn’t have been more perfect, it was a beautiful walk through the Village of Mishicot.

A special thank you to our Mishicot SRO, Officer Ladwig and Elementary Principal Mr. Nelson for helping keep our students safe at the crosswalks along the route. We appreciate it!

We also want to thank the Mishicot Physical Education Department and School Administration team for taking the lead in organizing this event and for being there to show their support this morning. Your leadership and enthusiasm helped make the event such a success!

A final thank you to our event donors, Healthiest Manitowoc County, The Y, Champs Sports Bar and Grill and Mueller Wealth for supplying support and incentives for our students.

Thank you to everyone who came out and helped make our first Walk & Bike to School Day such a great morning. We are looking forward to making this an annual event!
