Come along with me as I recount my experiences with domestic violence. Our communities are still plagued by domestic violence. I wanted to be open about my horrifying cycles as the month draws to a conclusion. I'm taking this action in the hopes that it will open doors for numerous others to escape similar circumstances.

Call the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 800.799.𝑺𝑨𝑭𝑬 (7233) 𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒆𝒙𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒅 "𝑺𝑻𝑨𝑹𝑻" 𝒕𝒐 88788 if you know someone who is being mistreated or who is in an abusive relationship. It is discrete, safe, and can be viewed without being noticed by your abuser because it can be viewed in private.

Save the date for Saturday, October 25, and join me in celebrating the remarkable courage and strength of outstanding individuals. This occasion will pay tribute to those who have demonstrated extraordinary selflessness and perseverance in the face of adversity.

This year's brunch promises to be a memorable experience, as it marks the seventh year that God has entrusted me with the vision and plan for this event. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic and venue delays, which have resulted in this being our fourth event instead of the seventh, I am grateful for God's guidance and delivery.

I assure you that this year's event will be an unforgettable experience.
