To All Active Duty Personnel:

Please be advised that many Active Duty (AD) members are currently reflecting a "yellow" status in ASIMS for an “Other (Not-IMR)” Audiogram requirement as shown in the example below.

If your profile shows this status, please disregard the requirement for the time being.

No immediate action or clinic visit is required to resolve this specific "yellow" indicator.

Eventually, an annual audiogram will become a standard requirement for all AD personnel.

The clinic will provide further guidance and scheduling instructions as we approach that implementation phase.

Exceptions:
Personnel in the following categories must continue to adhere to their regular, required audiogram schedules:

Members currently enrolled in the Hearing Conservation Program
Members completing a Separation History and Physical Examination (SHPE)
Members completing a Flight Preventative Health Assessment (Fly-PHA)

The 5 MDG appreciates your patience as we manage this transition.

Please stand by for further updates.
