Who we are

The Minnesota Council for HIV/AIDS Care and Prevention is comprised of people with a stake in HIV prevention and care, including people from HIV-affected communities. The Minnesota Council for HIV/AIDS Care and Prevention plans for the HIV prevention and service needs of people at risk for or living with HIV/AIDS in the thirteen county metropolitan area and the state of Minnesota.

The Disparities Elimination Committee is hosting a panel discussion to better understand systematic issues that create and perpetuate disparities for people living with HIV accessing mental health services. The panel will be held during DEC’s regular meeting time next week, May 18, 9:30 to 11:30am.

This is an in-person event, and in-person attendance is highly encouraged. A virtual option will be available for those who cannot attend in-person. Scan the QR code found on the below flyer for virtual meeting information. Please also feel free to share the flier with your contacts and encourage them to attend.
