Ever wonder what actually happens inside your reverse osmosis system?

Here are the four stages your water passes through before it reaches your water cup.

Stage 1: Sediment pre-filter. This removes dirt, sand, and larger particles before the water moves any further.

Stage 2: Carbon pre-filter. This stage targets chlorine, odors, and taste issues so they do not reach the membrane.

Stage 3: RO membrane. This is where the real work happens. Water is pushed through a semi-permeable membrane that filters out dissolved contaminants down to the microscopic level.

Stage 4: Post-filter and storage tank. One last carbon polish removes any remaining taste or odor, and the water sits ready in the tank until you turn on the tap.

Your filters do not last forever.

Over time, they lose their ability to catch what they are supposed to catch, and you will not always notice until your water quality changes.

Regular filter checks keep your system working the way it should.

If you cannot remember the last time yours was serviced, that is usually a sign it is time.

If it has been a while, let us check it for you. Call 763-535-1800 to schedule a free in-home water test.

This is the sound of ✨ FRESHNESS. ✨

If it’s been a while since your last check, it might be time for a refresh.

No tearing your system apart or an all-day ordeal just a quick reset that keeps your water clean and your softener running the way it should.

Back to school is around the corner, and that means back to busy, and that is exactly why now is the time to get ahead of it.

Your reverse osmosis filters only need to be changed once a year, and your salt only needs a check every 6 months, but those small tasks are easy to forget once the school year schedule takes over.

Getting both done now means one less thing to think about while you are managing lunches, practices, and family time.

Do not wait until it gets worse!

Looks can be deceiving when it comes to tap water. đź’§

A glass can appear crystal clear and still test high for hardness, since calcium and magnesium do not show up to the naked eye.

That is why we rely on a simple drop count test instead of a guess: adding a solution to your water sample and counting how many drops it takes to reach the endpoint.

The higher the drop count, the harder your water is, and that number is what tells us exactly what your home needs.
