📢 Lao Center Office Closure Notice:

Lao Center's office(s) will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026, in observance of Memorial Day.

If you have the day off, we encourage everyone to take time to rest, gather with friends, and connect with family and loved ones if you’re able. 💛

Minnesota spring is here! This is a great time to enjoy the warmer weather and spend time outdoors. 🌷

Being outside can help lower stress, improve mood, support sleep, and bring more calm into daily life. You do not need expensive activities or long trips to enjoy the benefits of nature. A walk around the block, sitting at the park, or sharing time outside with family and friends can make a difference.

This spring, take a little time to step outside, breathe fresh air, and care for your health and well-being 💚
